Year 5 have been busy practising and preparing for their drumming performance. They have learnt a range of songs using claves, kettle drums, and even tried out chair drumming. The children have shown they have amazing natural rhythm and have demonstrated ambition and resilience—many of them starting completely from scratch and becoming confident percussionists.

Recently, they performed a selection of songs to the rest of KS2 in assembly. Well done, Year 5! We know you will shine in your performance to parents and carers in a few weeks' time.
